About WE, Inc.

Workforce Economics, Inc. (WE, Inc.) was formed in 2004 to respond to a need for employment and training services in our area. We have since been providing employment and training services to dislocated workers, and adults who are unemployed or underemployed.

WE, Inc. will work collaboratively with public and private partnerships to assure an environment of accessible, high quality, efficient and affordable employment and training opportunities. We will accomplish this through: Understanding the Communities We Serve; Proactive Leadership; Advocacy; and the Coordination of Efforts.

We Power Work. WE, Inc. will be recognized as a leader in community employment and training activities, advocacy, and economic development by promoting cooperation, collaboration, and resource sharing.

WE, Inc. is primarily funded through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) through Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, (FVWDB).
